Whilst the overall experience was considered Good, a couple of points stopped the experience from being Excellent: 1. At the Registration Desk the additional information supplied on the Registration Form at a previous visit had not been updated. 2. Whilst consultations do not feel 'rushed' there is an underlying feeling that the consultant's time allocation per patient is pressurised.

The staff at the reception were money orientated and did not want understand that I was not a new patient.As I have been seeing Dr.N Sawyer for years prior to his move to Cleveland Clinic. Contrary to agreement at the reception and having paid my bill there and then I was then sent a bill against what was agreed at the time.

Very welcoming and all staff were polite. I am an overseas patient and a scan requested by my surgeon was organised and done on the day of my consultation. This was very helpful. Again the ultrasonographer was very polite and welcoming.
